TCRW cannot be responsible if some teachers or students or their parents/relations find offence in some of the service whether for religious, ethnic or other reasons. If any offence is caused, it will be completely unintended.
TCRW does not guarantee that the service will never be faulty but TCRW shall endeavour to correct reported faults with the service as soon as reasonably practicable.
Any benefits assurances and commitments given and made by TCRW under this clause 8 Warranty is limited to you and is not transferable.
Any Warranty set out in these Terms shall be void if any failure of the Service has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication, neglect, use of the Service or modification of the Service by someone other than TCRW.
TCRW will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind suffered by any party as a result of reliance upon or reproduction of any errors in the content of the Service.
